AGING IN PLACE ASSESSMENT : $1500

So you want to age in place? Or your not sure? I can come to your home and do full spectrum plan specific to you based on your individual assessment, home assessment and a community assessment. This is the let’s take action and figure out if my wishes are a reality package.

  • Includes up to home visits with a assessments of the individual, home and community. You will be provided with binder of your results that we go through together with action steps.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

SNOWBIRD CONCIERGE OR OUT OF TOWN SERVICES MENU

Plans for individuals who have two houses or that stay in the 315 area for the winter

Also good for individuals who are in rehabilitation centers but will be returning home

SILVER $49.99 PER MONTH 3 month minimum

  • Help complete mail forwarding paperwork.

  • Mail pick up at post office with authorization from post office right before returning to town

  • Inspect property inside and out for obvious damage 1 x per month with image and report send after the visit

  • Change recurring automatic lights

  • Flush toilets

  • Air out rooms as instructed

  • Provide access to property per written owner’s instructions to authorized personnel 1 x per month

  • This package is good for keeping the house moving and making tracks around the house so it does not appear empty. It also provides peace of mind when out of town for several months at a time.


GOLD $99.99 PER MONTH 6 month minimum

  • All of Silver Package

  • Respond to 2 alarm calls per month as required

  • Provide access up to two authorized personnel 2 x a month

  • Water plants as instructed 2 x a month

  • Cleaning service- surface clean (vacuum, toilets, light dusting 1 x per season before return)

  • Coordinate/ schedule snow plow service (cost of plowing additional)

  • Clear snow off pathways, car and mailbox once per month or if over 6 inches of snow

  • This package is great for the official snow bird or someone who stays and needs the extra things done to be able to get out and about.


PLATINUM $149.99 PER MONTH 6 month minimum

  • All Gold and Silver Package

  • Respond up to 3 alarm calls per month as required

  • Provide access up to 3 authorized personnel 3 x a month

  • Cleaning service- including cleaning out refrigerator and cleaning refrigerator inside

  • Initial grocery shopping for return (ordered by customer, cost of groceries additional)

    Up to 2 stores within 20 miles

  • Turn down service- clean linens put on beds and clean towels in bathrooms prior to return. Once per season.

  • Schedule car repair (pick up and drop off) once per month. Repairs billed directly to customer

  • Start and run vehicle once per month

  • This package goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of and your home is ready for you to just come home and relax.

Also good for those looking for the benefits of retirement living while remaining in their own homes.

SILVER $49.99 PER MONTH 3 month minimum

  • Arrange for heavy spring cleaning (carpets, curtains, dusting, refrigerator, freezer…)

  • Air out rooms as instructed

  • Provide access to property per written owner’s instructions to authorized personnel 1 x per month

  • Arrange landscaping

  • Set up outdoor furniture

  • Assistance with downsizing or rightsizing items like books, clothing, furniture

  • This package is good for keeping the house active

GOLD $99.99 PER MONTH 6 month minimum

  • All of Silver Package

  • Respond to 2 alarm calls per month as required

  • Provide access up to two authorized personnel 2 x a month

  • Install air conditions

  • Put screens on windows

  • Water plants as instructed 2 x a month

  • Coordinate/ schedule driveway repairs

  • Coordinate/ schedule home repairs that are identified

  • Contacting unwanted mail providers

  • Assisting with donations to charities of unwanted goods

  • Assisting with up to 10 online market place listing to reduce clutter in the home per month

  • This package is great for the individual who wants to start organizing the home but does not know where to start, someone who wants assistance with the heavy tasks and a fresh house in the spring and summer

ADULT CHILDREN TRAINING

If you are an adult child that is noticing somethings are changing with your parent but you do not know where to start I can help. I conduct a training on how to assess your parent, the home and the community. You will have the tools to determine the next steps in helping your parents if they wish to age in place. Minimum of 2 hour training.

  • $100 per person for group trainings of different family members. This is an in person training (minimum of 4 people)

  • $250 for individuals/ couples in person

  • $250 for long distance facetime or zoom training with same family members
